Kara Sammet has over 20 years of experience translating scientific research into actionable programs that support women to step into their power, both personally and professionally. Her coaching and program are informed by her personal experience of beginning exercise and losing a third of her body weight at 50, while running a business and being a single mom of two kids (including a special needs child) and two fur babies. Kara has PhD from the University of California, Berkeley, in Social & Cultural Studies and Quantitative Methods, with an emphasis in Women and Sexuality.
