Salomon WMN Trail 1/2 Marathon Training Run – Marincello Hill Repeats

SFRC is teaming up with Salomon to get ready for the inaugural WMN Trail 1/2 Marathon this month! On September 8th at 6:30, join us for a training workout with special guest, Dana Giordano (More Than Running Podcast). We’ll have Salomon shoes available to test out and head to Tennessee Valley for hill repeats on Marincello – runners will have three workouts to chose from. Afterwards, we’ll head to the Junction for refreshments and raffle prizes. Don’t miss this event!

Warm up: SFRC -> Rhubarb Trail -> Tennessee Valley

Hill Workout Options

  1. 4-6 x 3min up Marincello, recovery jog down Marincello
  2. 2 x Full length of Marincello, recovery jog down Marincello
  3. 4-6 x 3min, 5×30 secs Tennessee Valley Road

Cool down: Tennessee Valley -> Rhubarb Trail -> SFRC
