Hill Repeats to Elevate Performance – WHHM Training Event

Elevate your performance with hill repeats designed to prepare you for the final weeks of training leading up to WHHM. Our work-out on the Marincello trail starts at 6 pm, combining uphill sprints with downhill recovery for optimal strength and endurance. Check out the route on Strava.

  • Work-out Timing:
    • Starting Time: 6 pm
    • Warm-up: 20 minutes – 2 mile run to Tennessee Valley
    • Uphill Run: 3 minutes
    • Downhill Run: 3 minutes
    • Repeat: 5 times
    • Cool-down: 20 minutes – 2 mile run to SFRC Mill Valley
