For the early birds out there, join HOKA and the SFRC run crew bright and early on Sunday, October 9th at 7 am for a Mt. Tam Sunrise Summit! We will be demo’ing HOKA’s newest trail shoes and leading a run from Mill Valley to the peak of Mt. Tam. If you’d like to try shoes, please consider arriving at 6:30. If you feel more comfortable getting a head start, feel free to begin your run as early as you’d like and we will plan to meet at the summit at 7am.

Early bird start time: 6:40 AM (~70 min summit)

Sexy pace start time: 6:50 AM (~60 min summit)

Up-Tempo start time: 7:00 AM (~50 min summit)

Hammer group: 7:10 AM (~40 min summit)
