You asked for Fox…you got it!

I think it’s safe to say that summer time is in full effect. Keeping my ears to streets, all I’m hearing about is talks of Speedgoat 50k, the SF Marathon, and UTMB. It’s an exciting time to be a runner and look no further than our group run this Saturday to give you all the priming you need!

Our main route this week goes clockwise and visits an old friend of a climb, Fox Trail: TV Road > Rhubarb Trail > TV Trail > up Fox Trail > left/down Coastal Fire Rd. > down/up Pirates Cove > across Shoreline Hwy. > Redwood Creek Trail > right Miwok > left Rhubarb > back to the shop.
