David Lam, SFRC Social Media Guy, Group Run Route Architect, D. Lam & The Calves King
Originally from Southern California, David lived a pretty full life before ever finding running here in the Bay Area about 5 years ago.
David lived abroad for 6 years in Vietnam—where little-to-no exercise was done—but enough life was lived to fill a book. Since finding running and the community here in the Bay Area, his life was diametrically opposed to how it was and he never felt more fulfilled with the connections he has made and the friendships he has formed.
